壹、依據「大學法」、「教師法」、「教育人員任用條例」、「大學聘任專業技術人員擔任教學辦法」、「國立雲林科技大學專任教師聘任及升等審查辦法」、「國立雲林科技大學教師業界實務工作經驗認定要點」、「專科以上學校進用編制外專任教學人員實施原則」、「國立雲林科技大學校務基金進用編制外專任教學人員管理要點」等有關法令辦理。

肆、報名資格條件：
一、無教師法第14條第1項各款及教育人員任用條例第31條、第33條不得擔任教育人員之情事者。
二、依「大學聘任專業技術人員擔任教學辦法」聘用者或具助理教授以上教師證書者得不具博士學位。
伍、報名方式：
一、時間：自即日起至115年10月12日(星期一)止，以郵戳為憑。
二、方式：應檢具各系所所需求之表件外，並檢附切結書(如附件)、學、經歷證件、身分證件影本、主要著作目錄、作品集、專長領域、可開授課程之講授大綱、授課講義教材及參考資料、親筆自傳、教授推薦函二封、研究計畫。併同「本校新聘專任教師應徵表」掛號郵寄：〔640301〕雲林縣斗六市大學路3段123號管理學院國際管理學士學位學程辦公室收。(封上請註明應聘任國際管理學士學位學程專案教師)。投遞文件恕不退回。
(一)未有教師證書者，請另附最高學歷歷年成績單。
(二)持國外學歷者，應經我國駐外單位驗證學位證書、成績證明，並向入出國及移民署申請核發入出國紀錄。
(三)持國外經歷者，應經我國駐外單位驗證。
陸、錄取報到及應聘事宜：
一、本校以書面通知錄取人員於限期前，持相關證件並繳交最近一個內之公立醫院健康檢查報告(含X光肺部透視合格證明)報到應聘。逾期未報到且無不可抗力之原因，或現職人員未繳驗原服務機關學校離職證明書者，視同放棄錄取資格，其缺額由備取人員依序遞補，但以補足本次徵聘缺額為限。
二、患有法定或其他妨礙教學之傳染病，或未依限繳交健康檢查報告者，或有教師法第14條第1項各款情形及教育人員任用條例第31條、第33條不得擔任教育人員之情事者，均註銷其錄取資格。
柒、編制外專任教學人員教學、研究、服務績效優良者，依教育人員任用條例、本校專任教師聘任及升等審查辦法規定，經教師聘任流程公開遴選，得聘為編制內專任教師。
捌、本簡章如有未盡事宜，悉依「大學法」、「教師法」、「教育人員任用條例」等相關法令規定辦理。

I. Pursuant to the University Act, Teachers' Act, Act Governing the Appointment of Educators, Employment Regulations for Professional Technicians Teaching at Universities, National Yunlin University of Science and Technology's Regulations on Appointment and Promotion of Full-Time Faculty, Criteria for Recognizing Industry Practical Experience of Faculty, Principles for Employing Non-Establishment Full-Time Faculty in Junior Colleges and Above, and Management Guidelines for Employing Non-Establishment Full-Time Faculty under the University Affairs Fund, among other relevant statutes and regulations.

1. Proficiency in delivering courses entirely in English is required; experience in English-Medium Instruction (EMI) at the university level is highly preferred. 2. For highest degrees obtained abroad, verification by Taiwan's overseas offices and application for entry-exit records from the National Immigration Agency are required. 4. Proof of industry experience in accordance with Yuntech's Criteria for Recognizing Industry Practical Experience of Faculty. 5. List of published research journal articles or patents. 6. At least two representative publications. 7. Brief descriptions of teachable subjects and course syllabi (including required and elective courses). 8. Future research directions. 9. Two letters of recommendation. 10. Other supporting documents demonstrating relevant capabilities (e.g., participation in research projects or industry-academia collaborations). 4. III. Announcement Date and Method:
1. Announcement Period: From now until October 12th, 2026 (Monday).
(Intended appointment date: February 1st, 2027; applications accepted until October 12th, 2026 (Monday), postmark as proof.)
[Intended Appointment Date]: February 1st, 2027 (2nd semester of the 2026 academic year). Should unforeseen circumstances delay the appointment process, the appointment will commence on August 1st, 2027.

IV. Eligibility Criteria:
1. Applicants must not fall under any disqualifications stipulated in Article 14, Paragraph 1 of the Teachers' Act, nor Articles 31 and 33 of the Act Governing the Appointment of Educators.
2. Those employed under the Employment Regulations for Professional Technicians Teaching at Universities or holding an Assistant Professor or higher teaching certificate may apply without possessing a doctoral degree.
V. Application Procedure:
1. Application Period: From now until October 12th, 2026 (Monday), postmark as proof.
2. Submission: Along with the required documents specified by the department, applicants must submit a declaration form (see attachment), academic and professional credentials, copies of identification, list of major publications, portfolio, areas of expertise, course syllabi and teaching materials, handwritten autobiography, two letters of recommendation, and research proposal. All materials, together with the Yuntech New Faculty Application Form, should be sent by registered mail to: [640301] No. 123, Section 3, University Road, Douliu City, Yunlin County, College of Management, Bachelor Program in International Management Office. Please indicate on the envelope: "Application for Project Faculty, Bachelor Program in International Management." Submitted documents will not be returned.
(1) Applicants without teaching certificates should additionally submit transcripts of their highest degree.
(2) Applicants with foreign degrees must have their diplomas and transcripts verified by Taiwan's overseas offices and apply for entry-exit records from the National Immigration Agency.
(3) Applicants with foreign professional experience must have their credentials verified by Taiwan's overseas offices.
VI. Admission, Registration, and Employment Matters:
1. Yuntech will notify successful candidates in writing to report within a specified period, presenting relevant documents and submitting a health examination report from a public hospital within the past year (including a chest X-ray clearance). Failure to report without justifiable cause or failure of current employees to submit proof of resignation from their previous institution will be deemed as forfeiture of admission, and vacancies will be filled by alternates in order, limited to the number of vacancies.
2. Candidates diagnosed with statutory or other infectious diseases that impede teaching, failure to submit health reports on time, or those disqualified under Article 14, Paragraph 1 of the Teachers' Act and Articles 31 and 33 of the Act Governing the Appointment of Educators will have their admission revoked.
VII. Non-establishment full-time faculty members demonstrating outstanding teaching, research, and service performance may, through open selection procedures in accordance with the Act Governing the Appointment of Educators and Yuntech's Regulations on Appointment and Promotion of Full-Time Faculty, be appointed as establishment full-time faculty members.
VIII. Matters Not Covered in This Brochure Shall Be Handled in Accordance with the University Act, Teachers' Act, Act Governing the Appointment of Educators, and Other Relevant Regulations.
