一、對象：申請時為本校在學學生且非在職生。保留入學資格、休學、轉系、轉學、退學、延修生，皆不具申請資格；符合繼續申請資格者，亦不得提出申請。
二、首次申請條件：符合本校入學成績優異獎學金要點第三點、王秋雄榮譽博士優秀入學獎學金實施要點第三點、王秋雄榮譽博士研究所優秀入學獎學金實施要點第三點。
三、申請時間及程序：115年9月7日（星期一）起至9月18日（星期五）止，上網至本校首頁→單一入口服務網→教務資訊系統→我的申請→入學成績優異獎學金申請，線上登錄並列印入學成績優異獎學金申請書紙本(需簽章)及檢附相關證明文件（如正取學校證明、歷年成績名次證明...等）【本校畢業生免附成績名次證明書】，至學校註冊組辦理相關手續，上述程序未完成者，不得辦理入學成績優異獎學金申請。
四、書面申請表件繳交方式：繳交至註冊組，逾期不予受理。

1. Eligibility: Applicants must be currently enrolled students at Yuntech and not employed students at the time of application. Those who have deferred admission, taken a leave of absence, changed departments, transferred, withdrawn, or are extended-study students are ineligible to apply; applicants who meet the criteria for continued application are also prohibited from submitting an application.
2. Initial Application Requirements: Applicants must comply with Article 3 of the Yuntech Academic Excellence Scholarship Guidelines, Article 3 of the Dr. Wang Qiuxiong Honorary Doctorate Outstanding Freshman Scholarship Implementation Guidelines, and Article 3 of the Dr. Wang Qiuxiong Honorary Doctorate Graduate Outstanding Freshman Scholarship Implementation Guidelines.
3. Application Period and Procedure: From Monday, September 7th, 2026 to Friday, September 18th, 2026, please access the Yuntech homepage → Yuntech SSO → Office of Academic Affairs Information System → My Applications → Academic Excellence Scholarship Application for Freshmen, complete the online registration, and print the paper application form (signature and seal required) along with the submission of relevant supporting documents (such as admission confirmation from the original school, proof of academic ranking over the years, etc.) [Yuntech graduates are exempt from submitting proof of academic ranking]. Submit these materials to the Registration Division to complete the necessary procedures. Failure to complete the above steps will result in disqualification from applying for the Academic Excellence Scholarship.
4. Submission of Paper Application Materials: Must be submitted to the Registration Division, late submissions will not be accepted.
