With a comprehensive system, faculty, and facilities across its departments, the School aims to enhance its teaching and research outcomes, fulfill its educational mission, and strengthen service and extension education for the central Taiwan community and businesses. Going forward, the School seeks close cooperation with related industries in central Taiwan, the Yunlin Offshore Industrial Park, the Douliu Science and Technology Industrial Park, and even nearby areas such as the Changhua Coastal Industrial Park and the Southern Taiwan Science Park, coordinating in teaching, research, technical services, and extension education to support industrial development and respond to local needs.

Department Restructuring: In line with the university's educational goals and the nation's demand for advanced talent in economic development, departments and programs are established to teach science and technology and cultivate management talent, under the principle of balancing theory with practice and technology with humanities.

4. Curriculum Design: In response to international competition and current trends, courses are designed around industry trends to strengthen students' employability. The School integrates the faculty, facilities, and other teaching and research resources of all its departments to achieve resource sharing and joint outcomes.

Internationalization Strategy: Promoting international recruitment to increase the willingness and number of foreign students to enroll, establishing sister-school relationships with renowned universities abroad, promoting international exchange for faculty and students, and regularly holding international conferences and inviting scholars and experts from abroad.
